For all our Cruise Ship Tours we have a very flexible cancellation policy and you can cancel any time up until 24 hours prior to the start time of the tour and receive a full refund of the tour price (minus the booking fee).
If your ship changes its itinerary or cannot dock for any reason we provide a full refund of the tour price including any booking fees.
Cancellations must be made by email; bookings@iconictours.co.nz, or you can call us direct on 0064 3 472 7776 (office) or 0064 27 27 858 65 (Kim mobile)
*please note if your ship cancels on the day (less than 24 hours), don't worry we still provide you with a full refund, regarless if you manage to contact us or not. On the rare occation this happens, you don't need to call or email because the Port will have notified us already. We will process your refund automatically in this instance.
